From whole beans to finished chocolate, it's a four-day process.
What is a small batch Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Workshop?
We make chocolate, using our bare hands (and a few machines), in small batches. This allows us to create great chocolate because there is human interaction every step of the way.
Is Chocolate Invader Gluten Free?
There are no ingredients containing gluten used in the Chocolate Invader. However, our chocolate workshop is not gluten free certified.
What's in the box?
The laser engraved wooden box's ship with a small poster, sticker, postcard and 2 chocolate invaders.
What variety of cocoa bean do you use?
The 2nd and 3rd batch is made from Peruvian cocoa beans. The 1st batch was made from trinitario beans from Costa Rica. Trinitario is one of the three main varieties of Theobroma Cacao, the tree from which cocoa pods grow.
Where can I get some more of your delicious chocolate?
